1. Attached is my survey used at closing 2740, ( *should be recorded w/
   deed)  shows the original fence is within my boundary line, survey
   performed by the same surveyor as sweatmans 1st survey.
   2. Attached timeline shows variance granted by COB on top of Dekalb
   sewer line easement, Sweatman* lied/used an altered survey to not show*
   the sewer easement for the variance.  COB already saw there was a SE and
   had a survey on record showing the SE 3 months prior
