It’s my understanding that the soil was placed about 2” lower than the curb along Osborne Rd and along Grove St so that the soil did not wash off onto the roadway.
From the pictures, it appears these areas have not settled so much.

There appears to be some settlement along the driveway edge, or maybe the storm flow across the driveway made some soil movement.
We’ll get this taken care of, if that is the case, after this week’s rain in the forecast.
