Ms. Zeeman,
The immediate request you made was addressed in 2 steps, we: 1. covered the sink hole for safety until we could investigate and 2. We excavated the trench and made a repair on the storm pipe. The work was complete, and we closed the service request.

After that, we came back and did some more troubleshooting and additional excavation and compacting, outside of the original service request. We’ve completed that additional work now.

Kindest Regards,
Tom

Good morning,

Can someone help me understand what is happening and why we are at this point?

It is well known the ROW has had continuous problems for years, and as a result of this ticket, the COB dug up the ROW-Sinkhole and buried it with topsoil/hay.
The ticket was closed on May 19.

Less than two weeks later, the problems continued, and the COB has been re-excavating the ROW-Sinkhole that was just filled.
Ticket # 3337018 is listed as closed even though the 2nd round of construction has been going on for the last week.

I appreciate any intel to help understand what is going on and why the problems continue.

Best regards,
Sarah

Good morning Don,

Thank you so much for your prompt response to this matter. Seeing the ticket closed so quickly for the sinkhole in the Right of Way was a surprise!

I appreciate your explanation of an investigation process and that the area has had additional sinkholes. You mentioned an engineer is assigned to review this; who would that be, and will he come to the property in person?

I welcome the opportunity to make time available to meet him in person at the property.

Best regards,
Sarah

Ms. Zeeman, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I talked to the Engineer that was assigned to this. He was a little surprised to find out the service request had been closed as he did not close it. It’s a
