Your Project Portal user account has been approved. You may now enter the portal to view permits/cases and submit applications.

If you are a CONTRACTOR, you will ALSO need to register as a contractor. Please submit a completed Contractor Registration Form along with copies of your business license, state license/s and state licensee’s government issued photo ID to permits@brookhavenga.gov. As part of that registration, you will let us know which open permits are your projects (including trade subcontractor permits). We will attach you to them as the contractor. Then you will be able to request inspections and use other portal features.
You may download the Contractor Registration Form, Authorized Agent Form and Homeowner Declaration Affidavit from our Forms & Checklist Library. (https://www.brookhavenga.gov/commdev/page/forms-checklists-library)
If you currently have an open permit and are not the contractor, you will need to let us know which permits to associate with your Project Portal User Account. Please email us at permits@brookhavenga.gov.
