RE: 2746 Grove Street Brookhaven
Hi! Eric!
The vertical separation for crossing between sewer pipe and any other type of pipe crossing is min. 18” the horizontal is 10’. According to the drawing the french drain is 3’ deep and does not show the depth of the sewer pipe or cover. As far as the easement is concerned | need to consult with my Manager to see if she agrees that the French drain (trench and storm pipe in it) is permanent. If it is considered permanent then it cannot be in easement at all even slightly is not allowed. The drawing shows that it in completely in it.

The site plan | sent you has been failed due to the fact that it is directly over the sewer pipe itself. I’m not going to allow that. If | remember correctly the separation minimum from a sanitary line is seven feet. My question is really about installing it within the confines of the easement; if they can achieve seven feet of separation from the sewer line, may they be allowed to encroach slightly in the easement? They have very little room to work with between the easement delineation and the property line. Eric
