If false documentation is provided to the City it is turned over to the proper member of City Management depending on the infraction it would be handled on a case by case bases. There is no specific penalty outlined in the code.

#PRR-600-2021 The application included plans with a documented sewer easement (2/4/20 in the BLR20-00100 Plans Submitted)
The survey dated 3/4/20 was submitted to the COB on multiple occasions and per my PRRs sometimes it had the sewer easement and the exact same 3/4/20 survey had the sewer easement omitted.

What are the consequences and penalties for lying to the City of Brookhaven?
