11/3 was the date the stop work order was release. The certificate of occupancy issue date would be the date that the site was in compliance with the code.

Hi Linda,

As you mentioned to direct all questions to you.

We had questions about the stop-work order from PRR-713-2021.
We're looking for the final day that the drainage Stop-work order was lifted.

From the ORR - A stop-work order for the drainage was issued on 10/8, and the code enforcement case report records were closed on 11/3.

Is 11/3 the correct date Brookhaven has on file for the drainage Stop-work order being fully remedied and lifted?

Is that correct?

If not, could you provide us with the correct date the drainage stop-work order for 2746 Grove Street NE was fully remedied and lifted?
