Hi Linda,

Is this the correct timeline from start to finish?

For clarification, we included the original ticket in the timeline for
confirmation.

   - 9/21/21 - Ticket submitted:

   - 10/8/21 - Ticket closed
   - 10/8/21 - Stop-work order issued for drainage violation
   - 11/3/21 - Stop-work order listed as closed in the COB case report and
   was released, and the drainage violation was not cured
   - 2/28/22 - Drainage violation was cured enough to comply with COB's
   code for the CO to be issued.
