- 10/8/21 Stop-work order issued for drainage violation
   - 11/3/21 Stop-work order released, but the  drainage violation was not
   cured
   - 2/28/22 Drainage violation was cured enough to be in compliance with
   COB's code for the CO to be issued.

Is this the correct timeline?
