#4 All the stormwater issues are still here; he has artificially diverted
the water his from his property underground onto the neighboring property,
what is the path to a solution to correct this?


In summary, the 4 questions are:

1. What else is required to resolve this, and what has been told he has to
do?
2. He was working on the fence yesterday. Can he operate under an expired
permit, or did he get an extension, or maybe two?
3. Why does he not have a CO yet?
4. All the stormwater issues are still here; he has artificially diverted
the water from his property underground onto the neighboring property, what
is the path to a solution to correct this?
