Good morning Orlando, I had already emailed the arborist and am still
awaiting a response.
My questions to you were:

1. Could you provide *the section of the code *that this decision is
relying on that could be very helpful to understand it more clearly?
2. How and when is the critical root zone taken into account and enforced,
as shown on page 2 of the attachment, clearly showing the area around the
trees is in the CRZ on the property?

Thank you, Keith. I do not see a permit for the drainage on the city
works site, nor when I receive the final files from an ORR  on 10/7, and
I'm still trying to connect the dots on all these unknowns. Could you help
make sense of this?

1. What else is required to resolve this, and what has been told he has to
do?
2. He was working on the fence yesterday. Can he operate under an expired
permit, or did he get an extension, or maybe two?
3. Why does he not have a CO yet?
