We've updated the timeline;  is this still correct?

   - 2/4/20 -  #PRR-600-2021 BLR20-00100 Plans Submitted 2.4.2020.pdf  by
   2746 Grove Street *shows a sanitary sewer easement* in the backyard & no

   - 5/20/20 - COB Variance Hearing - VAR20-00015 Plans submitted by 2746
   Grove Street* with no sanitary sewer easement visible* in the back yard
   & no drainage plans. Link: https://prnt.sc/zlOI_XOrPr56    COB approved
   a variance on the DeKalb county sanitary sewer easement.


   - 9/21/21 - Ticket submitted:

   - 10/8/21 - Ticket closed
   - 10/8/21 - Stop-work order issued for drainage violation
   - 11/3/21 - Stop-work order listed as closed in the COB case report and
   was released, and the drainage violation was not cured
   - 2/28/22 - Drainage violation was cured enough to comply with COB's
   code for the CO to be issued.
