There is no penalties regarding the information provided at a variance hearing. We have checks and balances in place during the review process and inspection process to make sure code are met. We require all permits with exterior work to contact the County for easement checks prior to releasing the permit. This is in case the surveyor misses or didn’t find documentation of an easement.

I will forward your PRR notes to the City Clerk’s Office.

Hope you had a good weekend.
We had  two questions:

1. What are the consequences and penalties for lying to the City of Brookhaven during a hearing to receive a variance on top of a Dekalb county sanitary sewer easement, as shown in this email?

2. In the city document report labeled  "march_monthly_report_for_february_2022.pdf" from the Brookhaven website and attached to this email, it incorrectly lists the address for the following PRR's:

  *   2/8/2022 PRR-104-2022
  *   2/15/2022 PRR-37-2022
  *   2/18/2022 PRR-108-2022
  *   2/23/2022 PRR-125-2022
The correct address within the PRRs is  2746 Grove Street NE, but  " 2746 Grove Drive"  was incorrectly documented in the monthly report. Can the report be corrected to reflect the address information included in the PRRs to maintain accurate data integrity and transparency?

• 5/20/20 - COB Variance Hearing - VAR20-00015 Plans submitted by 2746 Grove Street with no sanitary sewer easement visible in the back yard & no drainage plans. Link: https://prnt.sc/zlOI_XOrPr56    COB approved a variance on the DeKalb county sanitary sewer easement.
• 9/21/21 - Ticket submitted: https://brookhavenga.citysourced.com/servicerequests/2289303  https://prnt.sc/ISMA7t1B0pSE
• 10/8/21 - Ticket closed
• 10/8/21 - Stop-work order issued for drainage violation
• 11/3/21 - Stop-work order listed as closed in the COB case report and was released, and the drainage violation was not cured
• 2/28/22 - Drainage violation was cured enough to comply with COB's code for the CO to be issued.
