Hello all,
There 3 abutting properties to the fence constructed at 2746 Grove Street
Can the code enforcement team help explain why the fence abutting two
properties are following the code and the fence on one property isn't
following the codes set by Brookhaven?

- 2752 Grove Street (Finished)
- 2733 Osborne (Finished)
- 2740 Grove Street (Unfinished)
Two properties have the correct finished fencing per the code. ( x and x)
2740 Does not have an unfinished fence facing the property
Sec. 27-955. which states:
(b)The finished side of all fences shall face the abutting property and
public right-of-way.
