Hi Linda,

Hope you had a good weekend.
We had  two questions:

1. What are the consequences and penalties for lying to the City of
Brookhaven during a hearing to receive a variance on top of a Dekalb county
sanitary sewer easement, as shown in this email?

2. In the city document report labeled
"march_monthly_report_for_february_2022.pdf"
from the Brookhaven website and attached to this email, it incorrectly
lists the address for the following PRR's:


   - 2/8/2022 PRR-104-2022
   - 2/15/2022 PRR-37-2022
   - 2/18/2022 PRR-108-2022
   - 2/23/2022 PRR-125-2022

The correct address within the PRRs is  *2746 Grove Street NE,* but  " *2746
Grove Drive*"  was incorrectly documented in the monthly report. Can the
report be corrected to reflect the address information included in the PRRs
to maintain accurate data integrity and transparency?

Grove Street *with no sanitary sewer easement visible* in the back yard &

variance on the DeKalb county sanitary sewer easement.

· 9/21/21 - Ticket submitted:

for the CO to be issued.
