Email Body
Hi Sarah,
No need to apologize. Thank you for sending everything over. I will review all of the documents and will need to meet with my manager on this one to determine, what, if any coverage we can provide to you under the policy.
Would you be able to tell me when you became aware of the property damage caused by ATT?
Thank you,
Katerina

Hi Katerina,
My apologies for my last email as this has just been a really frustrating situation. I got my first quote from the fence company and it’s 8800 and then plus a contractor’s quote for the drainage situation and to add more dirt quote this is 8370. I haven’t had time to speak with a landscaper and get a quote on the landscaping part yet.
Best,
Sarah

They don’t want to move it. My understanding if they do move it up 2 feet, they aren’t going to do anything to prevent it from flooding again, which it still will. It needs to be completely relocated, as it’s damaging my property, decreasing the home value, destroying/flooding the area and preventing me from being able to sell my home.

Att’s cement/make shift dam and so on is still there. I have a quote for the entire fence replacement from the original fence provider and will be getting the drainage and soil run off replacement costs.

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for sending these over, I will review.
Can you confirm that ATT has left your property or are they still there? Also, were you able to obtain an estimate cost for the property damage?
Thanks!
Katerina

Hi Katerina,
ATT provided me with a copy of the easement that was illegible and I could not read it.
I took off from work togo to the courthouse to look at the recorded document and have attached both AT&Ts and my photos I took on my phone at the courthouse .
Please let me know what the next step would be at your convenience.
Best,
Sarah

Based on what I understand, it looks like ATT is using the word easement interchangeably and somewhat incorrectly. We can also touch base on the phone next week and I can clarify for you.
Have a nice weekend!

Hi Sarah,
Just to clarify… I received three PDF’s from you, one was a photo of the damage, one was a photo of your title policy, and one was a survey that ATT had done by a surveyor. I did not receive an official written easement which allowed ATT/Bellsouth access to the property. Its ok if you don’t have this, I just wanted to confirm that that is the case.
Thank you,
Katerina
