Please note that Brett did not ignore your request made on November 19th. As of last week, Brett had sent 6 different requests for copies of the transcripts. We had not originally ordered copies of the transcripts, so we could not provide them on the same day of your request. As soon as we receive a copy of the transcript, you will be provided with a copy.

Ok, as we can see, you ignored my email request in November.

Maybe you can ask the opposing party's lawyer for the transcript since it's been 6 months?

The opposing party has had the transcript, and that was confirmed when they brought it to the on-site survey after Sweatman had called the surveyor for his claimed "errors" they caught but wouldn't put in writing.
