Can you provide more information regarding the third point below? What is the opposing party speaking to the surveyor about? I know Brett has been in direct communication with the surveyor. I will also get their contact information to be able to gather updates.

Thank you Eric. No one has yet to provide it and court was the day after memorial day

1. My requests have been ignored for six months.

2. I still do not have the final survey( its my understanding opposing party already has it??).

3. The opposing party has been in full contact and he's been calling  the surveyor directly on multiple occasions. Brett or Marimar should be speaking with the surveyor not the other way around.

I paid for the insurance policy - All of this unacceptable.

As we discussed earlier this week, the legal council Stewart provided has not provided the legal transcript from the court date from over 5 months ago that occurred on 5/28/24.

Stewart’s Legal counsel arrived late yesterday, with no transcript and attempted to represent the situation blindly without it, and still has not review the transcript  directly with me.

 I notified you that this was being mishandled prior to and never heard back from you. I still have not received a transcript.
