No invoices were attached. Please forward when you are able.

As of a few days ago, Brett advised he was waiting for a formal written proposal from Gaddy.  I am just relaying what I have learned thus far.  I have followed up with Brett this afternoon to get the final proposal and try to get this moving.

I asked Brett to clarify whether or not the appearance Monday is still on.  Assuming you are correct, I will not dissuade you from attending but Brett is still retained to represent you until this claim is finalized and closed out.

I called Gaddy 6 weeks ago and connected them with Brett. In one of Frank Gaddy’s emails to Brett I believe it said 6 hours per home.

Frank Gaddy also asked Brett to call him on July 25th, what was the result of that phone call and what do we currently have now?

**According to the Dekalb County Court website, I am scheduled to appear at court this Monday morning at 9am. I will be taking the day off of work to attend this court hearing on Monday to avoid the risk of no representation.

Also, you stated you paid the fee for your deposition and I believe you said something about the fee for your neighbor’s deposition.  Do you have a copy of the invoice you already paid or an invoice for the other deposition you thought you still had to pay?
