Good Afternoon Sarah,

I apologize for my delay as I have been out of the office for the holidays.
Due to the new measurements of the lots, Sweatman has a violation of the impervious surface requirements. This can be addressed by Sweatman via variance or court order. There is a hearing scheduled for January 14th. If there is no new information provided by Sweatman’s counsel on how they will proceed, Brett plans to address the impervious surface issue with the Judge. We hope the Judge will proceed via court order.

As previously advised, a copy of the transcript was requested. As soon as I am provided with a copy, you will be provided with a copy.
The final survey is not complete. Gaddy is waiting to hear from Sweatman’s counsel regarding the impervious surface issue. Last week, Brett reached out to Gaddy to inquire regarding timeline to finalize the survey and legal descriptions. We still have not heard back from Gaddy.
