Just wanted to follow up regarding the draft of the answer as I know the deadline is today.  Would you please send us a copy of the proposed draft as soon as possible? Stewart likes us to pass along all drafts to them for review before filing.  Please let me know if there is anything we can do as far as drafting and preparation.
