Please help me understand how a survey by a surveyor is able to be done when no rebar/pin is/was present or marked?

    Please help me understand how a survey by a surveyor is able to be done when no rebar/pin is/was present or marked?

    It is documented that the neighbor moves the pins/stakes.

    Photo from September 2021 with no pin/rebar marked and to this day there is no visible pin/rebar,

        As stated below, we are not paying for a new survey because one is not needed.  In terms of your neighbor moving the pins post policy, please discuss with your attorney the best way to present this during the litigation.

        Thanks for the call.  In an email dated 3/7/2022 I advised Ms. Zeeman that we would not be moving forward with ordering a new survey of the Zeeman Property.  As you and I discussed again today, Stewarts determination was based on a review of the September 2021 survey obtained by her prior counsel, in conjunction with the 1994 plat referenced in her deed, which showed the metes and bounds for the Zeeman property identified in her vesting deed as being consistent (within the margin of error) of the metes and bounds on the recent 2021 survey.  This information was provided in the 3/7 email as well.  



        I have also attached the email from Tania sent on 3/4, which came from our server and made Ms. Zeeman aware that our offices were relaying her request regarding a new survey to Stewart.
