Thank you Eric. No one has yet to provide it and court was the day after
memorial day

1. My requests have been ignored for six months.

2. I still do not have the final survey( its my understanding opposing
party already has it??).

3. The opposing party has been in full contact and he's been calling  the
surveyor directly on multiple occasions. Brett or Marimar should be
speaking with the surveyor not the other way around.

I paid for the insurance policy - All of this unacceptable.
