They don’t want to move it. My understanding if they do move it up 2 feet,
they aren’t going to do anything to prevent it from flooding again, which
it still will. It needs to be completely relocated, as it’s damaging my
property, decreasing the home value, destroying/flooding the area and
preventing me from being able to sell my home.
