As previously advised, a copy of the transcript was requested. As soon as I am provided with a copy, you will be provided with a copy.
The final survey is not complete. Gaddy is waiting to hear from Sweatman’s counsel regarding the impervious surface issue. Last week, Brett reached out to Gaddy to inquire regarding timeline to finalize the survey and legal descriptions. We still have not heard back from Gaddy.

We had not originally ordered copies of the transcripts, so we could not provide them on the same day of your request.
