Hi Sarah,

I cannot provide you with legal advice- you should ask your attorney this, your private attorney.  You asked us to provide a new survey as you are stating the old one is now accurate so I just want to make sure you understand that if the new survey shows no encroachment then there is not a title claim for encroachment to defend anymore. Hi Sally,

Attached is a photo of the "migrating pins" taking about a foot of my home structure dated back to March 9th 2021 as well as a more recent photo (and I have video) of the Sweatmand physically moving the pins and stakes again.
The pins have continued to migrate, and the validity of the surveys is therefore questioned.
