One question I have for you- how will you ensure the integrity of a new survey?  Are you going to be physically present when a new survey is conducted?

Hi Sally,

Attached is a photo of the "migrating pins" taking about a foot of my home structure dated back to March 9th 2021 as well as a more recent photo (and I have video) of the Sweatmand physically moving the pins and stakes again.
The pins have continued to migrate, and the validity of the surveys is therefore questioned.

It is documented that the neighbor moves the pins/stakes.
Photo from September 2021 with no pin/rebar marked and to this day there is no visible pin/rebar,
