Also- the current survey only shows a two feet encroachment.  Please
confirm that you understand that if the new survey shows no encroachment
then there is nothing left for retained counsel to defend as they were only
retained to defend you on the possible encroachment.

Ok- based on your representation that you will be present during the survey
I will authorize Sally to obtain a new survey.  I do not believe this new
survey will show a material difference however so please be advised that I
am only authorizing this one new survey.

Hi Sally,



Attached is a photo of the "migrating pins"* taking about a foot of my
home structure* dated back to March 9th 2021 as well as a more recent photo
(and I have video) of the Sweatmand physically moving the pins and stakes
again.

The pins have continued to migrate, and the validity of the surveys is
therefore questioned.
