Can you please request from AT&T and send me a copy of the written easement that they had the right to pass over your property in the first place? If no such easement exists and they have said that, please let me know as well.

| just called att on the phone just now and he said he doesn’t know the real estate laws and doesn’t think there is anything written about crossing over the property. He said their is an easement and referred to the previously attached pdf. | reiterated to him to please send me the original easement in an email as | have never seen the original easement from them.

I’ll send over whatever he sends me and I'll get damage quotes by licensed repair professionals etc. Have a great weekend. Best,

Just to clarify... | received three PDF’s from you, one was a photo of the damage, one was a photo of your title policy, and one was a survey that ATT had done by a surveyor. | did not receive an official written easement which allowed ATT/Bellsouth access to the property. ATT provided me with a copy of the easement that was illegible and | could not read it.

| took off from work togo to the courthouse to look at the recorded document and have attached both AT&Ts and my photos | took on my phone at the courthouse .

They don’t want to move it. My understanding if they do move it up 2 feet, they aren’t going to do anything to prevent it from flooding again, which it still will. It needs to be completely relocated, as it’s damaging my property, decreasing the home value, destroying/flooding the area and preventing me from being able to sell my home.
