Hi Katerina,

As for when, it is whenever it rains it surfaces the damage and the pond
its creating. Ive been getting the run around with ATT for a while. I
started looking for my policy as I couldn’t remember who I had my policy
with and the closing attorney I had used has passed away and their number
is inactive.
