I have confirmed with Brett that an updated and signed topological report is not required in order to resolve the claim. Accordingly, we will not be instructing Gaddy to provide you with this report.
If you would like to continue to acquire the report, you will need to reach out to Gaddy directly to purchase that report.

This is a misrepresentation from you - you received them on the Monday deadline you provided from Jeff.

Please provide the updated and signed topological report with the correct legends and trees that I have been requesting for months, which my policy paid for, but Brett refuses to provide it.
