My policy already paid for it. It just needs to be signed and the legend
added back
- per communication with the real estate board they stated it allegedly
appears  as you, Brett -and the surveyor are trying to hide something
otherwise he would sign it.

Add this to the county courts confirmation — that Brett  did not follow the
courts instructions and he deliberately closed my case -

This is an extreme case mishandling including the “pay back” abusing
Brett’s escrow  - that you and Brett tried to  facilitate.
