Amy,

Please help me understand how a survey by a surveyor is able to be done
when no rebar/pin is/was present or marked?
It is documented that the neighbor moves the pins/stakes.
Photo from September 2021 with no pin/rebar marked and to this day there is
no visible pin/rebar,
