NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) paid by Owner, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, AT&T does hereby release unto the Owner of said property all the rights, title and interest acquired by grantee under the Original Easement as it pertains to the Property Released.
