Attached is a copy of the prior transmittal showing trees and topo.

Someone asked for the first-floor cantilever room on #2746 to be shown on the plat. This is 2' x 14' on the north side of #2746 and is over 3 feet from touching the ground and does not extend to the 2nd floor. I normally would not depict such on a plat of survey; however, it was easier to comply than not. I only changed the date on the plats (no revision date or description), since it has not been submitted to the city or signed by you and your neighbor. I am tending to regret getting involved in this.

2. I never received the topography report, could you send it? I am looking for where and what trees are in place for the landscaper.
