I was in the process of sending this to you when your e-mail came in. Please distribute to the other attorneys.



Corrections/changes made:

1.  Calculated point at southwest corner of 4"x4" wood fence post.
2.  Reference to Witness Pin set 10" or 0.83' in both note section on Sheet 3 and in all legal descriptions - I like the way that I referenced the calculated point and witness pin in the legal descriptions.
3.  Removed tree legend from sheets 2 & 3.
4.  Turned topo on sheet 2.
5.  Updated date of drawing (and in legal descriptions) - no revision date since the drawing has not been submitted to the city.
6.  Updated all legal descriptions.



I will send abbreviated AutoCAD file to Sarah as she requested along with a couple of similar jobs in Brookhaven.
