can be performed this month.
Please let me know what pricing Stewart title is providing and if there are
any other details Stewart title requires in this survey for the deed.

- Boundary, topo, tree locate survey Phase $2,400.00
- Stake/Flag Property Lines
Timeline: Field work for the survey will commence in approximately 3-4
weeks from receipt of signed agreement.
Note: Please be aware that upon completion of survey field work, GSD will
email you an invoice for the survey. Upon receipt of payment in full, the
survey drawing in pdf format will be released via email.
If this price and timing works for you, please respond to this email and
provide current billing address for the person/company responsible for
payment. A letter agreement will be prepared and emailed to you for
signing. Once the signed agreement is returned to Gaddy Surveying & Design,
the project will be setup in our system and the survey field work scheduled.
