That sucks. I still don’t want to create any reason for a confrontation until we get this survey done. So I’ll hold off. Do you have photos of the location of the cut(s)?

If Davis is the same person I’m thinking of she’s pretty good. But she’s more of a jack-of-all-trades and also has a reputation for being more likely to give her client the opinion the client wants to hear.

I’d recommend Brian Rindt with Rindt McDuff. Brian and I have been working together for probably 20+ years. And he has done a lot of water runoff cases with me. I would rather he give me and my clients straight talk so that we don’t end up getting into litigation unnecessarily. We generally try to collaborate on finding practical solutions that will cost less than hiring a lawyer to litigate with no guaranteed return on investment.

That photo says a lot, BTW. Keep taking photos and please make sure your metadata is accurate and preserved so we know exact dates/times they were taken.

Sweatman cut my cable/internet line on
8/26 comcast ticket # CR000293935
8/28  new line appt # 979065
9/2  old dug up/ new line buried #988745

The comcast tech(noel) 8/28 went to Sweatmans at first by mistake for repair. The tech said sweatmans wife was well aware they cut my line.

I would like to move forward with an engineer for the flooding. John Chapman services, a multi certified contractor we've used for many years referred Maurine Davis of Titan Davis

I will need to wait for the survey results before I can schedule Maurine, correct?
