In the 2021 survey 2 pins were found and 3 pins were set by your surveyor.  The pins found were located along the boundary line with the Sweatman property.  



I have circled the pins referenced in the 2021 survey.

    Please help me understand how a survey by a surveyor is able to be done when no rebar/pin is/was present or marked?

    It is documented that the neighbor moves the pins/stakes.

    Photo from September 2021 with no pin/rebar marked and to this day there is no visible pin/rebar,

        Thanks for the call.  In an email dated 3/7/2022 I advised Ms. Zeeman that we would not be moving forward with ordering a new survey of the Zeeman Property.  As you and I discussed again today, Stewart's determination was based on a review of the September 2021 survey obtained by her prior counsel, in conjunction with the 1994 plat referenced in her deed, which showed the metes and bounds for the Zeeman property identified in her vesting deed as being consistent (within the margin of error) of the metes and bounds on the recent 2021 survey.  This information was provided in the 3/7 email as well
