Email Body
Brett,

I previously requested specific documentation regarding:

   -

Alleged motion threats by opposing counsel
   -

Responses to my June 23 settlement edits
   -

Communications with the City, opposing counsel, and the expeditor

Those requests remain unanswered.

For clarity of the record, while I was aware of discussions regarding a
proposed order, I did not approve or authorize the submission or filing of
any order entered earlier this year. I also did not approve or authorize
the submission or filing of any survey, plat, or related documentation.

Until the complete documentation is produced, I do not approve and cannot
consider any order, amendment, or further action.

Please preserve all records accordingly.
