If you have further questions regarding the plat, please ask Gaddy. The plat was attached to the Order from the Court and has not changed. If a date changed, I presume it is the date a layer from the CAD file was added when Gaddy emailed you the files. The boundary lines resolve the matter and those remain unchanged.

My job is to resolve this matter in your best interest, which was settled May 2024, and to abide by the law which I remain committed to. The Plat Reconfiguration was completed and is in the approval process. If something changed, I am unsure as to what you are referencing, but you are welcome to reach out to Gaddy if you have any other questions. At this stage, we have the plat reconfiguration and legal descriptions for the deeds so as to establish the new boundary line which clears the encroachment issues.
