Hi Brett,
Thank you for the message.
*I have not received any communication from you for approximately four
months*, so your email sent after 6:00 p.m. on the eve of Thanksgiving was
unexpected—particularly the reference to an alleged threat by opposing
counsel to file a motion against me, which is the first time I am hearing
of this assertion.
Please provide the written documentation of any such threat, including the
date it was made and a copy of the communication in which it was conveyed.
My settlement response edits to the opposing party was sent to opposing
counsel around approximately June 23, 2025, and I never got an update on
those from you since then.
Please provide:
• The date you received a response from opposing counsel relating to my
settlement response edits.
• A copy of the actual written correspondence of their response to my
settlement response edits.
• All communications you received from the City, opposing counsel, and the
expeditor over the last 4 months prior to your email on Thanksgiving eve
night after 6 pm.
I look forward to reviewing the complete documentation and responses.
Regards,
Sarah
