Final Plat Reconfiguration¶

Sarah, 



Gaddy sent over the final plat reconfiguration. He accidentally left out a cantilever on the side of Sweatman's home. The final plat is attached hereto and I've attached the proposed order which includes the plat and will (should) ensure that the city and county have no objections. 



We should have the settlement finalized quickly and the plat approved by the city and county. The Judge wants us to submit the attached today; they are actively monitoring this case - I've never had a case where the Judge is this involved.
