Sarah, you need to discuss this with Brett. If this check is part of the settlement of the lawsuit I do not think it is going to be released until a settlement agreement is finalized and fully executed.

I hope you're doing well! I know you’ve got a lot on your plate, so I just wanted to follow up since I haven’t heard from you or Brett on this.

I gave USAA a call today, and they confirmed that the $10,000 check has been reissued.

They also mentioned that the check is in my name, so once it arrives next week, I’d appreciate if Brett could mail it to me with a tracking number within a reasonable timeframe.
