Let’s request it to the  Judge/court.

They are the ones holding it up.
The ball has been in their court for months to decide which way to do the
settlement agreement .

His lawyer lied to the judge about the Stakes not being performed as an
attempt to take advantage of my insurance resources for a frivolous
unnecessary surveyor re-visit to re-stake.

They  have the impervious  issue & was a non-conforming lot before he
started the lawsuit

Plus- they’re holding my settlement check hostage.

 Can you also ask the judge that  he remove the strings, They are
unnecessary for 4+ years and  now we have stakes. Or should i go add my own
string too… 😎
