Hi Brett,

Before scheduling, I would like to address the case's financials.

I should not have been responsible for covering half of the fees for the
depositions and transcripts, as those expenses are explicitly covered under
the insurance policy I purchased. Therefore, I request a reimbursement of
the full amount paid by me and Jeff.

Additionally, I seek clarification regarding the $15,000 awarded in the
settlement. You indicated that the opposing party had already provided the
funds immediately following the court proceedings. Could you please confirm
where these funds are currently being held? Also, I would appreciate
confirmation whether any interest has accrued on this amount.

I would like to request the prompt release of the full amounts, along with
any applicable interest.
