I suggest that you all prepare the answer and defenses. I can email you
our draft counterclaims to incorporate into the pleading.

Jeff,
Hope you had a nice new year. Sarah’s title carrier retained Sally Monico
and Tania Tuttle. I spoke with Sally last week about a potential global
resolution between the neighbors. Have you talked with her? I am available
any time tomorrow to chat.
The affidavit of service was filed 12.7.21, much later than the actual
service date. Her 30 day response time was 1.6.22, but I gave her a one
week extension to 1.13.22.
-Lisa

Lisa
Hope all in your camp are doing well.
I spoke with Sarah Zeeman recently and expect to get retained on some part
of this.
Let me know if you have a few minutes to discuss this.
Also I am trying to confirm the answer deadline, can you help with that?
Jeff
