DeKalb county court website states: January 13

*1. Is there a 2nd court appearance on the 14th?*

2. I don’t agree with Brett and him pursuing a court order- Brookhaven will
need  to review it, verses a court order as 3  Brookhaven properties along
the boundary line are being impacted by sweatman and we will all have
issues when we try to sell our properties.

If you would like I can have  all 3 property owners call you directly to
discuss?


3. Can I please get the new survey and the transcript, as of today I still
do not have either one and Sweatman somehow has both. Have you tried
calling his lawyer?
