Let me clear up the exact dates:
1.*9/20/24* - The agreement was not signed for this scheduled survey visit

2. *10/10/24 *- https://prnt.sc/gnx00aOrd26Q Gaddy's 1st visit
3. *11/20/24* - Gaddy's 2nd visit, where all parties witnessed and
confirmed the stake placement along the swale line.
I have the video footage; everything is time and date-stamped.
*Please explain why Brett is proposing that a third visit occur. What is
changing?*
