Hi Eric,
I hope you're doing well.I recently followed up with Brett regarding the
settlement check from the opposing party in my lawsuit. I was informed that
Brett has been holding it since June 2024, when the settlement with the
opposing party was finalized. Brett provided me with a screenshot showing
that the check was voided after 180 days, and we are now past 215 days.
Could someone else at Stewart contact USAA to request a reissue of the
check and have it mailed to me with a tracking number within a reasonable
timeframe? Please let me know how we can proceed.
